BREAKING: Packers See Extremely Lethal Wide Receiver Announce He’s In Green Bay

The Green Bay Packers understand that if they want to make a postseason push in 2025, their passing offense must improve. Having said that, Jordan Love’s MCL injury in week one had a long-term influence on his season.
However, injuries and drops plagued the wide receiving corps throughout the season. They’re currently seeing another blazing fast wide receiver visit the team.
BREAKING: Packers’ Extremely Fast Wide Receiver Announces He’s In Green Bay
According to his Instagram, Texas’ Matthew Golden flew to Green Bay on Thursday to visit the Packers ahead of the draft.
Golden exploded onto the forefront during his senior season, catching eight passes for 162 yards against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game and seven passes for 149 yards and a touchdown against Arizona State in the College Football Playoffs.
Here’s Golden’s draft profile:
Golden works at all three levels of the field with equal consistency and production. His route-running needs work, but he does a good job of changing tempo and separating at break points.
Golden has the ability to play all three receiver positions. He also has the quickness and body control to convert near-misses into standout receptions. Focus lapses continue to plague his game, but he is a willing participant in traffic and seized command of contested receptions in 2024, thanks to improved body and catch strength.
Golden’s starting-level characteristics and significant improvement as a go-to playmaker position him to become a productive catcher with the potential to evolve into a WR1 in the future.
