Only the candidates who purchase/sat for the post utme are expected to check their admission status as ABU Zaria University does not offer admission to candidates who don’t buy their post utme form.

How to Check ABU Admission List 2023/2024.

1. Visit ABU Zaria main admission portal at https://putme.abu.edu.ng/index.php.
2. Provide your JAMB registration Number in the required field.
3. And then you’re to click on Search to access your ABU admission status.

NB:

• Only the successful admitted candidates are advised to upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal and accept the offer of admission by JAMB. You’re strongly advised to re-upload your O’Level result to jamb portal even if you already did before as failure to do this would result to automatic disqualification of the candidate’s admission by the University and will therefore be immediately replaced with other candidates on the awaiting list.
• Successful admitted candidates are to immediately report  for the collection of their admission letters at A.B.U convocation square (main campus) at 9:00am daily(mon-fri).
• You are also advised to come along with original credentials and scratch card(s) of your respective O-levels result for screening and verification purposes.

How to check ABU Admission Using Jamb Portal

Another alternative to checking your admission status is using the official Jamb admission checking portal. Follow the below procedures to know your ABU admission status on jamb portal:

1. Visit the jamb portal @ jamb.org.ng/efacility.
2. Imput your details (username/email &password) and Login to your Jamb profile.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
