- ND/NCE with upper/merit credit in the relevant programme in addition to five (5) credits passes at SSC at not more than two (2) sittings.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER)
- FED-DUTSE accepts
a) Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Economics and any one(1) of Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Accounting, Business Management, History and Government.
b) ND credit in the relevant programme in addition to five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings.
UTME Reqiurements for Economics
Below is the UTME Requirement for Economics in faculty of Arts and Humanities
- Five (5) SSC credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and at least two (2) other relevant subject from Commerce, Government and Accounting.
Please note that the UTME/JAMB subject combination above is same for Economics and Development Studies in faculty of Arts/Humanities.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER)
- FUDUTSE accepts any two (2) Arts or Social Science subjects as the fourth(4th) and fifth (5th) subjects.
- FUWUKARI accepts five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes in Geography, Business Methods and Statistics.
- FULOKOJA accepts five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two (2) of Arts or Social Science subjects.
