This is to inform all aspiring applicants that, University of Ibadan admission list for 2023/2024 academic session has been released. Prospective candidates can follow the two simple processes listed below this post to access their UI admission status.

Only the candidates who purchase/sat for the post utme are expected to check their admission status as University of Ibadan does not offer admission to candidates who don’t buy their post utme

 UI admission list contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the various first degree programmes offered by the university. Candidates who choose the University of ibadan and sat for the 2023 PUTME screening exercise are by this notice, advised to check their admission status online.

How To Check UI Admission Status

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CHECK YOUR NAME

1. Visit UI Admission Status Portal at (admissions.ui.edu.ng )
2. Enter the username and password in the space provided.
3. Sign in and proceed to know if you have been admitted in the University of Ibadan.

OR YOU USE THIS ALTERNATIVE

Step 1) Go jamb.org.ng/efacility.

Step 2) log in to your Jamb profile with your username and password.

Step 3) Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.

Step 4) Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.

Step 5) Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your UI admission status.

NOTE:

1. All candidates who applied for a change of course on UI portal, have accepted their transfer proposal on JAMB CAPS Portal, are advised to logout of their UI portal and re-login to check their admission status. For some, your admission might not reflect, in such case, just check it back after a while and hope you gain admission.
2. UI have started admitting more candidates on JAMB Portal. You can recheck your admission status!
3. Once in awhile check your transfer approval page (on JAMB Portal) to know if UI wants to transfer you to another department.
4. Direct Entry Admission List is now also on the JAMB Portal. Admitted DE students should be informed that the list might not be on the JAMB Portal, but be patient, it will be released in a few days/weeks.
